My dad had a health scare… he seems to be on the mend though

Weekly Workouts

Basically nothing. I did 5×5 sets of heavy dumbbell squats on Thursday, but gave myself some grace and a break from trying to get myself to work out.

Meal Plan for Next Week

I don’t have a plan quite yet for this week – but I am going to do salads for lunch. I’ll see what I can do with stuff in the freezer: veggie dogs, black bean burgers. My goal is to not spend money on food or anything until Friday when we have a holiday happy hour!

For Joel, I made pot roast and was planning to make him chicken thighs, but I forgot the chicken thighs on the counter for 6 hours and had to throw them away 🙁 I’ll have to find something else to make him
