Weekly Recap
I gained this week but I am okay with that… (kind of). I needed a little me break so went and had a very salty dinner by myself last night. I know that plays into it. I also didn’t track points… just everything I ate. This week I’ll get back into the points of things
I was pretty darn consistent with working out this week! I did have to pivot with my plan since I ended up with one of the kiddos cold, but I made sure to walk. I only had one day this week that I didn’t do intentional exercise. GO me!
