November 28, 2022My first week back, I would deem as a success. This week will definitely bring some challenges – we are having family stay with us all week, plus it is Thanksgiving week!
I am working on a plan for food for the week – I was out of town so I didn’t think too much about it. I’m off work Wednesday – Friday as well; so that should give me some time to think through stuff and get some extra activity in.

Weekly Recap
I ended the week at -9 weekly points (but that’s not counting Wednesday or Thursday, so definitely more than that..) and 52 weekly points added with activity.
I gained 2.2 pounds this week but that still leaves me with a net -2 pounds so far for November. I am actually pretty proud of last week. I had a few high point days, but with having family in town and a holiday centered around lots of food – I feel like I enjoyed the days with family and moved on. Looking forward to a new week that is a little more normal (except for a happy hour and book club!)
