Weekly Recap
SOLID start to the week. Then… yeah. Seems like a pattern that my later part of the weeks are rough. It has also been really tough trying to fit in workouts with it being so dark and cold – how did I used to be so motivated?! I didn’t even bother stepping on the scale… Next week is Christmas, I need to figure out a better plan for being more consistent through the week.
